Be STILL and Know!

Be still and know that I am God (Ps. 46:10). What a wonderful verse! Could we all do this as we get closer to CHRISTmas, which is the reason for the season? Does God work through silence? Is silence a part of this order that we are talking about (the order of life)? The Bible says that God's voice is like a still small voice, so can we hear God better in silence? Let me encourage you to go on a hike or a walk this weekend or whenever you read this entry. Take some time and just focus on God; think about your relationship with Him. Bring a journal and record your thoughts or things that you encounter. When I take a hike, there is a spot that I stop at, which is on top of the water falls that you see in my blogs. If you have not seen the pictures in earlier blogs, let me encourage you to view them and think about the entries.
