The rays of the Son?

As I look at this picture, I am thinking about how much my mindset has changed throughout my life. Has your view on life changed? How has your view on life changed? Has your view on God changed? Could someone enter into a relationship with God by the help of an evangelical Christian, and then end up being an emerging Christian? What would it take for someone to change as they grow in the Lord? As they grow, does their knowledge of God change? As my aunt said in her email to me, "as we age, things (literal things) become less relevant, and knowing about God and His desires for us become closer to the top of the list."So then, could someone be a Catholic, Evangelical, Charismatic, Pentecostal, Calvinist, Emergent Christian all at the same time? As Steve said in Monday's blog comment, it is God's job to save and the church's job to disciple people. So how could the Church do a better job at discipling people? Does it take more knowledge to disciple people or a true close encounter with Christ?
