I have doubts or questions about people or things being "anointed by the Holy Spirit." ~ When we talk about where the Spirit is moving, could this sometimes hinder the Spirit from moving? It seems that the Church cares more about who is and who is not anointed versus just doing the work of the Lord! Could we view the moving of the Spirit in different ways than God does?
Why do we need to know what is and what is not anointed, what's the big deal? Doesn't Proverbs talk about a person's plans being in their heart, but the way of the man belongs to God? Why can't we live a life of just doing good works for God? How would that look like; a reformation of practice! Is this seagull led by the Holy Spirit to be flying in the right hand of this photograph, or was I led by the Spirit to take this picture of the seagull in the right hand of this photograph? Complex question,
but does it really matter; could God be guiding us both, but does it truly matter? Could we just give God the credit for creating the seagull, me, the camera, and that point in time that we all met?

This picture was taken from the plane when we were flying over Arizona. Could all of this be a matter of
perspective; seeing things as anointed or not anointed? Shouldn't we stop worrying about who is anointed and start doing the things of God?
What are some good works that you will do this year?
