WE BELIEVE that the Church is led by God and is not a hierarchal organization. While there are leaders within the Church (Elders, Deacons, and Lay-people), there is no one man in charge. Our understanding of God as a trinal God reveals that we must lead the Church with a team leadership. The Pastors and other leaders listen and care about what others think and desire.
